The Autumn International rugby series pits the very best teams from the southern hemisphere against those from the four home unions, in a fantastic annual festival of rugby. So far, in 2013 we are expecting the visitors from the southern hemisphere to be: New Zealand, South Africa, Australia, Argentina, Samoa and Tonga. Some fixtures have yet to be announced, so more teams are likely to be added to this list.
With the exception of England's impressive win over the All Blacks last year, the southern hemisphere's big three (Australia, New Zealand and South Africa) have gotten the better of their northern hemisphere hosts in recent years. However, there is certainly no lack of intensity to the Autumn Internationals, with the home unions throwing everything at their opponents in an attempt to register a rare victory.
