South Africa v Wales Match Reports

South Africa scored seven tries as they nilled Wales for the second time in a year to record a 43-0 victory in Durban. The Springboks took control from the outset with early tries from Jasper Wiese and Cobus Reinach to establish a 14-0 lead. South Africa dominated possession and territory throughout the first half but were let down by handling errors. Jesse Kriel crossed at the end of the half to give the hosts a 19-0 lead at the break. The Springboks secured the four-try bonus point immediately after the restart as debutant Jaco Williams crossed for his first Test try. Wales briefly stemmed the tide before Herschel Jantjies added a fifth try in the 63rd minute.
