Ireland Sumer Internationals 2026

Ireland opened their inaugural Nations Championship campaign by snatching a dramatic 33-31 victory over Australia in Sydney.

Remaining in New South Wales, Andy Farrell's side followed up with a 36-20 bonus-point victory over Japan in Newcastle before their summer campaign ended with a 40-21 defeat to New Zealand in Auckland.

Two wins from their opening three matches leave Ireland fourth in the Northern Hemisphere standings ahead of the remaining group-stage fixtures during the Autumn Internationals.
