Wales confirm fixtures for 2018 autumn internationals

Wales will take on Scotland, Australia, Tonga and South Africa in this year's autumn internationals at the Principality Stadium.

The clash with Gregor Townsend's men on November 3 had already been announced, but the full line-up for the Principality Stadium fixtures has now been confirmed by the Welsh Rugby Union.

Appointments with Rugby Championship heavyweights Australia - who are group opponents at the next World Cup - and South Africa sandwich a clash with big-hitting Tonga.

"We have an impressive fixture list this autumn, one that will challenge Warren Gatland and his team," WRU chief executive Martyn Phillips said.

"It provides ideal preparation for the following Six Nations and the 2019 World Cup thereafter and also some fascinating contests to capture the imaginations of the rugby loving public in Wales."

Phillips has also revealed that each match will see the trial of an alcohol-free zone at the stadium.
