Scotland have lost key leadership pair Rory Darge and Kyle Steyn ahead of Saturday’s final summer encounter against Fiji.
Glasgow skipper Steyn has withdrawn from the squad with a knee injury while former Scotland co-captain Darge is suffering from concussion.
Both started in Scotland’s 42-28 defeat by South Africa in Pretoria at the weekend.
Lock Alex Samuel had already been ruled out of the Nations Championship game at Murrayfield.
Samuel was named on the bench for the South Africa game but pulled out with a knee injury which will require surgery.
