Wales Summer Internationals 2023

Wales played three summer warm-up matches as part of their preparations for Rugby World Cup 2023.

Wales defeated England at the Principality Stadium in the first match, but lost the reverse fixture at Twickenham a week later.

In their final warm-up match, Wales were heavily defeated by reigning world champions South Africa in Cardiff.

Following the World Cup, Wales bade farewell to Alun Wyn Jones, Justin Tipuric and Leigh Halfpenny with a 49-26 victory over the Barbarians at the Principality Stadium.
