Ireland will take on Australia at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on the weekend of 7/8 November during the Guinness Series. This will be the first of three autumn internationals to be played by Ireland in 2020.

Ireland beat the Wallabies twice during a summer tour in June 2018 – winning 26-21 in Melbourne and 20-16 in Sydney.

Overall, Ireland and Australia have played each other on 36 occasions since their first meeting in 1927. The Wallabies have won 22 matches, whilst Ireland have won 13 matches. There has also been one draw between the two teams.
