Georgia will face Scotland at the Dinamo Arena in Tbilisi on Saturday 31st August in the first match of a double-header between the two nations. Scotland will become the first Tier 1 nation to play Georgia at their home ground.

Georgia were beaten 43-16 by Scotland during the 2016 Autumn Internationals. Prior to that, the only other encounter between the two teams came during a pool match at Rugby World Cup 2011, which Scotland won 15-6.
