England fought back from 12-0 down to defeat New Zealand 33-19 at Twickenham. England made a bright start, but it was the All Blacks that struck first - with two quick tries from Leicester Fainga'anuku and Codie Taylor. Ollie Lawrence responded for the hosts midway through the first half, and George Ford added two drop-goals to cut the deficit to 12-11 at the break. Sam Underhill crashed over early in the second half to give England the lead for the first time, before Fraser Dingwall touched down under the posts to extend it. The momentum briefly shifted when Ben Earl was sent to the sin-bin and Will Jordan crossed for New Zealand’s third try. But with five minutes remaining, Ford slotted a penalty to give England some breathing space.
